When you Send A Smile, you donate to a campaign that helps someone across Africa through a difficult moment — a medical emergency, school fees, a funeral, a community project.

   Select MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, or AirtelTigo. Enter your phone number and follow the USSD prompt on your phone. Payment is confirmed instantly.
